We currently ship within the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway.

Import Duties & Customs (Switzerland, UK, Norway)
Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway are outside the EU customs and VAT area. If you’re ordering from one of these countries, your package may be stopped at customs and charged import duties, local taxes, or a handling fee by the carrier before it’s delivered to you.
These charges are set by your country, not by us, they’re not included in our prices, and we have no way to predict the exact amount. Please check your local customs rules before ordering if this matters to you.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We’re a one-person business, and we do everything we can to get your order out the door quickly. Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of being placed. Occasionally, for example during busy periods, it can take up to a week before we’re able to ship. Once dispatched, delivery via DHL or Hermes typically takes a further [X business days].
These times are estimates given in good faith, not a guaranteed delivery date. If your order is taking longer than expected, just reach out to us at info[at]solisynth.com and we’ll check on it.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship with DHL and Hermes, depending on what makes sense for your order and destination. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
Packaging
Eurorack modules are sensitive electronics. Every module is packed with anti-static protection and extra padding around pots, jacks, and switches to survive transit. If anything ever arrives damaged, contact us right away at info[at]solisynth.com with a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
